The Aura
.
The aura, briefly, is an electromagnetic emanation, or radiation, from the human
body, which surrounds it like the magnetic field of a magnet. All substances?so
science has now determined, confirming early Rosicrucian hypotheses and
discoveries whether animate or inanimate, have an aura. Some, however, produce
manifestations which make their auras more perceivable than others. When we
realize that all matter is composed of "spirit," an electronic
vibratory energy which has both negative and positive polarity, it is not
difficult to understand that all matter has a field of attraction and repulsion
surrounding it.
Since we have now touched on the Aura and the colours
perhaps it is best now to explain to those of you who are not up to all of it a
little more plainly.
As stated in the Aura and Spectrum the Aura is a magnetic force that is around
you, why is it called a magnetic force is because the body is a magnet and
energy radiates out similar to a magnet, place a magnet on the table place a
piece of paper over it then sprinkle filings over it and you will see the
radiation of energy that the magnet produces.
In the clips below you will see the way in which the energy moves throughout the
body and why certain points are selected for acupuncture, magnetic healing,
crystal healing and so forth.
To understand a little further as any electrometric force is created there is a
positive and negative side to the energy something like a battery that has
positive and negative terminals and like the battery when you cross those
terminals you create a short that is why in meditating you should never cross
arms or legs, so those that do yoga should beware that when they sit in the
lotus position they are creating a short to there energy system and that is why
they are not able to energize the whole of the body the position was created for
the exercise of uplifting the spinal energies.

As the human is dual in nature, being on the one hand
mortal, with a body composed of earthly elements, and on the other hand a Vital
Life Force, which impregnates the cells of the body with life and the attribute
of consciousness, the human has therefore two fundamental energies infused in
him the one, "spirit," which gives the body its material substance
that is predominantly negative, and the Vital Life Force of the psychic body,
which is predominantly positive. The human is there, fore either essentially
negative, if the aura of the spirit energy is the stronger, or the opposite,
positive, if the Vital Life Force or psychic self predominates, Colors reflect
the condition of the aura, that is, whether it is definitely positive or
negative.
Methods of Perceiving It
THERE are two ways to perceive the colors which the human aura produces. The
first is known as the mechanical method and the second as the psychic method.
MECHANICAL METHOD: When the human body is surrounded with a field of colored
light, the vibratory rate or frequency of the light waves heterodynes with the
extremely high frequency of the aura emanations, and from that there is produced
a third frequency or vibratory rate, which falls within the ocular spectrum of
light. This frequency surrounds the human body and appears as a colored aura, or
halo, to the naked eye. These colors correspond to the conditions of the actual
aura which causes them.
PSYCHIC METHOD:
Through proper attunement and actual contact, our aura may be brought into
resonance or harmony with the aura of another, in such a manner that the
emanations of the other's aura are received by our own sympathetic nervous
system, which transmits the impulses of the other's aura through the rami to our
spinal nervous system, where they then heterodyne with the frequency or
vibratory rate of the nerve energy of our spinal nervous system, and this
produces a new or third frequency, the impulses of which, when communicated to
our brain, cause sensations which to our consciousness are identical to our
perceptions of color. Thus we say we "see" the aura.
When you see an aura, consult the above Aura Spectrum and see whether there
appears in it any color which corresponds to the aura color you perceived. If,
for example, you perceived a blue aura surrounding another or yourself, by
looking at the Aura Spectrum above, you will observe that beneath and to the
right of the panel of blue is the number 14. By referring to Number 14 on the
below sheet you will find the significance of that color.
This aura spectrum contains only the principal and most commonly perceived
colors. The significance of a few of the various hues and shades is also shown
